Every rental includes insurance (SOAT), 250 kilometres per rental day, a helmet, riding gloves and a 60-litre top case. Comprehensive insurance, riding jackets and waterproof dry bags are also available.

Booking with GS Rentals Colombia is simple. First, submit your preferred rental dates through our website or contact us via WhatsApp. We then confirm motorcycle availability, answer any questions you may have and send the deposit instructions. Once the deposit has been received, your reservation is of icially confirmed.

No. A valid motorcycle driving licence issued in your home country is suf icient for renting one of our motorcycles in Colombia. An International Driving Permit is not mandatory to ride in Colombia.

Absolutely. Every motorcycle undergoes a complete inspection before each rental to ensure it meets our safety and quality standards. We want every customer to begin their adventure with complete confidence.

If you experience a flat tyre, a mechanical issue or require roadside assistance during your trip, simply contact our support team using the emergency phone number provided at the beginning of your rental. We'll assess the situation and help you find the fastest and most appropriate solution, whether that's arranging a repair, locating the nearest workshop or providing further assistance to help you continue your journey safely.

Renting a motorcycle with GS Rentals Colombia is simple. You will need a valid passport, or valid Colombian proof of ID and a valid motorcycle driving licence held for at least two years.

Yes. If you're travelling with suitcases or other personal belongings that you don't need on the motorcycle, we can safely store them at our premises while you're on the road. This allows you to travel lighter and enjoy your adventure without unnecessary luggage.

Yes. Every motorcycle is carefully inspected and professionally prepared before each rental. Our fleet is specifically selected for Colombia's diverse road conditions, from smooth mountain highways to remote countryside roads. Reliability, safety and rider comfort are our highest priorities, ensuring you can focus entirely on enjoying your adventure.

Yes. We can deliver your motorcycle to your hotel, Airbnb or another agreed location in Medellín for an additional fee. Airport delivery may also be available upon request. If you require delivery outside Medellín, please contact us so we can discuss the available options.

Yes. We kindly ask all customers to return the motorcycle in reasonably clean condition. If you prefer not to wash the motorcycle before returning it, we of er a professional cleaning service for 40,000 COP, allowing you to simply hand back the keys and enjoy the end of your trip.

No. Fuel is not included in the rental price. All of our BMW motorcycles must be filled with Extra gasoline (Premium fuel), which is widely available throughout Colombia. We recommend always using the fuel grade specified by BMW to ensure the best performance and reliability.
